Quelques réflexions sur l’avis des Académies Nationales concernant la publication de Séralini et al. sur la toxicité d’un OGM

Les Académies nationales ont jugé utile de donner un avis sur cette publication et ses conséquences. Elles estiment, dans leur préambule, inutile d’organiser en leur sein une expertise approfondie de l’article en question, puisque ce rôle a été confié à des agences et institutions spécialisées disposant des expertises nécessaires. Cependant les Académies décident de mettre en cause immédiatement divers aspects scientifiques et déontologiques. Soit, mais pourquoi ne pas attendre les avis des institutions compétentes, surtout lorsqu’elles attirent l’attention sur les « lacunes » de l’article en cause (point 1) ?
